Located on the 3rd floor of the Four Seasons, it offers fantastic service, a beautiful atmosphere, and a lively vibe. The staff is incredibly attentive, making your experience even better.I had the chance to try their sushi, and it was outstanding—every piece was fresh and delicious. We also sampled some appetizers like the tacos and empanadas, which definitely didn’t disappoint. And if you’re into margaritas, theirs are top-notch!Overall, I loved the energy here—from the ambiance to the friendly staff, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a great time. Highly recommend!
Mar 18, 2025 · SandraCame from Toca Madera after I wasn't able to seated even with a reservation. Came here and was seated immediately. Spectacular!!Ube-be: deliciousNaranja: delicious.Short rib tacos: scrumptious! Get them yesterday!Picana: extremely chewy, would not recommend. Chewy AF. It was seasoned to perfection, tho, so i guess if you like chewy alot.Lobster mac n cheese: bland as all hell. I asked for salt. Didn't helpBrocolini: absolutely perfect. Cooked just right with enough flavor. A delightful experience.Churros: OMFG. DEVILISHLY DELICIOUS. DIABOLICAL DELECTABLE. HOW DARE THEY PUT SOMETHING SO DEVIOUSLY DECADENT ON MY PLATE. IM MAD. I WANT MORE, BUT I CAN'T FIT MORE IN MY STOMACH. 10 OUT OF 10.Danny, my server is wonderful. He guided me through the menu with an expertise so precise it was almost psychic. This whole experience was 9/10. The picaña messed it up for me. But my filet mignon was immaculate, so change to 10/10.The dessert wine shrouded the absolute hell out of me. When I tell you I was shocked and ghasted of the flabber, I almost felt like the drink was gaslighting me. I abhor espresso drinks. VEHEMENTLY! But Danny, once again with the psychic guidance, came in and recommended "Carahillo" (probably spleed it wrong) and said it came with a money back guarantee. How could I say no?! And I'm glad I didn't cause I was in a mood for exploration. And this drink and Danny DELIVERED! 10's across the board TORO TORO. I will be back and I want to sit in Danny's section, 😄!
Jun 01, 2025 · Anthony Bartlett1) octopus starter (8-10) was well cooked. I personally enjoyed tasting the meat and the potatoes on their own, since to me the sweetness of the potatoes took from the very nice flavor of the meat.2) bison tartare (8.5-10) ( probably should be labeled as bison carpaccio) great flavor and a bit of heat. A Must try, if you like cold raw cuts.3) truffles fries were nice (7-10). Very soft truffle flavor.4) Peruvian ceviche was very refreshing (7-10)—— service was very professional.
Mar 17, 2025 · alejo banfiCame 6/14/25 for Happy hr. The staff was nice/kind. Ambiance nice. Good vibe. The presentation of the food was very good. The taste of the food mid/subpar/medicore at best. The tacos were almost sent back. I would try them again for maybe drinks only. During happy hour.
Jun 15, 2025 · Kandid ReviewsBeautiful space & stellar service, but the kitchen fell short — especially for a high-end steakhouse.I’d heard nothing but raves about Toro Toro, and the space itself is stunning. Our evening began on a high note: our server was exceptional—attentive, kind, and quick to address any concerns.Highlights• Cocktails: The Tamarindo and the Piña Mezcalita were both excellent—well-balanced and beautifully presented.• Starters: We enjoyed the Jamón Ibérico with pan con tomate, and the truffle fries paired with aji tartar and cotija were a favorite.Where it fell apartAs a party of three, we chose the ToroToro Churrasco platter (based on our server’s recommendation) along with lobster mac & cheese and grilled asparagus.• The lobster mac arrived first and immediately looked dry. Sadly, it tasted just as bad—cold, bland, and the lobster was rubbery.• The grilled asparagus had good flavor but was also served cold.• The churrasco was beautifully presented and cooked to a perfect medium, but every single cut of meat was cold. Our server did his best to recover the experience, offering a replacement side (we chose the truffle fries again, which came out hot and delicious)after only bringing up that we did not care for the lobster mac, but the damage was done.Bottom lineFor a restaurant of this caliber—especially one positioning itself as a high-end steakhouse—serving cold mains and poorly executed sides is simply not acceptable. At this price point, consistency and execution are non-negotiable.While we hope this was just an off night, Toro Toro didn’t live up to the many glowing recommendations we received. We’re not writing it off entirely, but it left us hesitant to return anytime soon.
