Pour Behavior Reviews
The first time I came to Pour Behavior was for a Sunday brunch with friends. I didn’t eat the first time but I enjoyed the mimosa tower which was a good value for the money. I like that there’s never a wait. On this visit I tried their brunch options and I wasn’t amazed. I ordered the Freedom Toast and it was a little underwhelming on the flavor side, pretty basic. My first side of bacon was visibly charred and I was surprised they still brought it to the table, so I sent it back. The next batch was perfect so I was happy about that since it was the best part of my meal that day. My friend had the Nashville Biscuit and it was tasty and they cooked the egg to her preference. The server got lost in the sauce during the game so it took her a while to come close us out after eating which was a bit annoying but overall she didn’t do a bad job. I’d come back to watch the game as they have plenty of TVs and screens throughout the venue, and to share a mimosa tower with friends to start off a Sunday fun day. Wouldn’t be my #1 option for brunch in Midtown Houston though.
Jan 23, 2025 · Jamaal WashburnUpdate:I went back a week later and had ANOTHER good time. I like the food, drinks are good. Very friendly vibes. The manager, Grace, is fabulous! She remembered me from before and really checked on my table.*******************Never heard of this place, but I'll be back! Only two drawbacks - the parking lot is teeny. #2 -our waitress was a DISASTER. She couldn't handle our party of 10. I had to complain because I waited 20 minutes for a salad, when hot entrees were already coming out. Cool thing is, a manager noticed and started expediting things. She apologized for the service 🫠 All the other staff was courteous and helpful. The food was pretty good. We ate from the happy hour menu. My friend's beef nachos were HUGE.I had sliders that were SO yummy! The onion rings were divine. The place is HUGE. Perfect place to meet up with friends or host a party.Bathroom stalls were floor to almost ceiling without the gaping cracks.

Jun 22, 2025 · Kennedy WilliamsRecently visited this bar and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, with great music and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The drink selection is impressive, with unique cocktails and a wide range of spirits to choose from. I tried their signature cocktail, and it was absolutely delicious. The bartenders are clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of the drinks. I also appreciated the laid-back vibe, perfect for either a casual night out with friends or a more intimate evening. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great drinks, great service, and a fun time!”
