I don't eat beef, and it is really hard to find places that serve turkey burgers, period. But they don't just serve some bland turkey burger with lettuce and mustard. You can have any of their awesome burgers with a turkey, chicken, or vegetarian patty! This place is sooooo good. EVERYTHING is good. I have never had a bad menu item. I always take people who come in from out of town, and they always love it. Eat here, you won't regret it. Get a Moon-Mosa, they're yummy! The service was great, too. - A C

Rodeo Goat prides itself on taking the classic American hamburger and elevating it with unique flavor combinations and high-quality ingredients. What truly sets them apart, as highlighted by numerous local reviews, is their remarkable versatility when it comes to patty options. While their house-ground beef is certainly a star, they actively embrace alternatives, allowing any of their "awesome burgers" to be made with a turkey, chicken, or vegetarian patty, including the highly acclaimed Impossible burger. This commitment to inclusivity ensures that even those with dietary preferences, like individuals who "don't eat beef," can enjoy the full spectrum of their inventive burger offerings without compromise. This approach to menu design, coupled with a reputation for consistent quality and "great service," has earned them a loyal following. It's a place where "EVERYTHING is good," and the experience is often deemed so satisfying that visitors from out of town are consistently brought here to enjoy a quintessential Houston dining moment. The emphasis on unique flavors, such as those found in their blue cheese burger or goat cheese burger, further cements Rodeo Goat's position as a culinary innovator in the competitive Houston burger market.
